Tramp2lean Lowton Trampoline Fitness Classes are very popular due to the amazing benefits from Fitness Bounce Classes that have taken the UK by storm over the past couple of years and there's no letting up. This countrywide fitness craze is just a brilliant way to keep fit, lose weight, build core strength and all while having fun. Our Trampoline Parks are some of the safest in the UK thanks to the tireless efforts of our staff and Trampoline Park owners who take great pride in offering a fantastic enjoyable environment for you to train in and have lots of fun, albeit with friends, family or fellow class members we are all here for the same reason, to get fit, keep fit and enjoy ourselves while doing it. Classes are available in the morning or evenings through-out the week so no excuses, it's your time, time for you and time kick back from the fast paced lives we all lead and focus on us for a while.
